Ebay Text 2	Dual Vanos repair kit for BMW engines E46, E39, E60/E61, E38, E65/E66, E36, E85, E83, E53 SYMPTOMS OF FAULT Symptoms of this failure include; overall loss of power and torque particularly in the lower RPM range, loss of power with air conditioning on, louder idle, increased fuel consumption and difficult cold weather starts and even stalls. THE FAULT The seals fitted to the pistons within your vehicles Vanos unit wear prematurely because they are constructed of poor quality materials; causing loss of torque and power! If you drive a BMW 6 cylinder vehicle 1993-2006 your Vanos (variable valve timing unit) is most likely failing. The O-rings fitted to the pistons within the Vanos unit wear prematurely because they are constructed of poor quality Buna rubber which is not suited to the elevated temperatures of their location. The seals fail and lead to Vanos unit failure. BMW do not provide replacement seals, they do provide complete Vanos units at vast expense but these again are fitted with the same poor quality seals that will fail again. THE SOLUTION Install our upgraded Viton seals and PTFE rings and restore your Vanos unit to full health for good. Designed to last the lifetime of your vehicle not the length of the manufacturer's warranty! By installing our improved design Viton seals and PTFE rings you will restore your Vanos unit to full health. Our seals are specifically designed for the environment in which they are fitted, well suited to the vast temperature range of the Vanos unit, constructed from improved materials designed to last. Our seals and piston rings have undergone extensive testing and will not deteriorate over time like the OEM part, designed to last the lifetime of your vehicle. Our product will restore your Vanos unit resolving the common symptoms which occur with failure noted above. UK stock 10,000+ sold worldwide, the best solution.
