Please ensure you include your invoice or a note that states your full name, email address, postal address and any other order details.

We will happily refund 100% of the item’s value if returned within 60 days. We are unable to offer refunds outside of this time frame. We do not return original postage costs. Returns postage is not pre-paid. We recommend posting the item back via a tracked service, we are unable to refund your items if your return is lost in transit.
