You may notice oil beginning to pool around the tops of the injectors where the leak-off hose connections are. Oil may begin to run down the rocker cover onto hot parts of the engine, resulting in a burning oil smell coming into the cabin. THE FAULT
The top seals on the rocker cover can fail, leading to a build up of oil on top of tocker cover. Over time rubber seals within the engine can become brittle and lose their sealing capabilities resulting in leaks in a loss of engine stability. THE SOLUTION
